3rd Annual 2008-2009 GIVING GUIDE of
Nonprofits, Foundations and Culturals

Now in its third year and growing, the Giving Guide is an opportunity to tell your story to nearly 15,000 paid weekly subscribers of the Denver Business Journal. Our subscribers have the time, money and desire to give to organizations such as yours.

The 2008-2009 edition of the Giving Guide will publish November 28. All paid subscribers receive a copy along with their subscription. Additionally, the book is distributed at DBJ events throughout the year including Fastest Growing Private Companies, Champions in Healthcare, Top Public Companies and our BizMix networking events.

This year, the book will be printed on bright white paper, with color available. This means you or your sponsor will have the option of running your full page ad in color. Our rate card rate for two full pages is $13,900. The Denver Business Journal will again underwrite nearly 80% of the cost. To thank you for your renewed participation, we are offering you the renewal price of $2,750. If you choose to run your full page ad in color, you would add $695 to the cost of your spread.

The Giving Guide gives you and/or your sponsoring company a year's worth of advertising for the cost of one ¼ page ad in the DBJ, allowing you to reach our readership with your powerful message for a fraction of the cost.

How to Participate:

Sign a renewal contract and fax back to Reneé Piontek (303) 803-9203 by August 1. Your signed contract holds your pages. Giving Guide spreads are non-cancelable once signed. You may pay in advance by indicating on your contract. If you wish to be invoiced, payment terms are net 30 days.

The Two-Page Spread:

The left side of the spread is again your template in which to tell your story. You will receive a blank template to fill in. Headings and word counts will be included. Copy and ad deadlines are August 29. You will receive complete instructions for where to send the template copy and full page ad in the coming months.

We have the ability to process one set of minor corrections so please make sure your template is proofed by everynoe in your organization and is ready for publishing when sent. There may be additional charges is significant copy changes are necessary. Pleas submitt your corrections in written form, numbered, one line per correction.

The right side of the spread is space for a full page ad, 10.25 (w) x 14 (h). Digital specifications will be sent upon receipt of contract. All full page ads need to be sent print-ready.
