The following checklist should be helpful as you begin submitting materials for the Giving Guide. Submission deadline is August 29, 2008.
Please review the instructions carefully as there are exciting changes in this year's publication and procedures, which we hope will make the process quick and easy for you. Please type all text into a Microsoft Word document. Indicate if you are sponsored or not, and if you are a Better Business Bureau Accredited Charity. Send your document along with your color logo and your sponsor's color logo to:

Please follow and complete these headings:
Your organization name, address, email, phone, fax, website address, and either your Executive Director or President's name.
You have 1380 characters for this space. Each heading can be any number of characters you wish, however the total characters will not vary so be aware we will not edit if you exceed character counts. You can leave off a heading if you wish.
For the main portion of text, follow the headings on the format that works best for you.
There are two formats, Nonprofit and Foundation. You can follow the format that best fits your organization, however everyone will be listed alphabetically in either the Nonprofit & Foundation Chapter, or the Cultural Chapter if you are submitting as a Cultural organization. (See sample pages)
Please have all appropriate persons review your copy thoroughly and insure that it is ready for publishing when sent to denvergivingguide@bizjournals.com. Once we receive your document and logos, we will layout your copy and email it to you in PDF format for review. We have the ability to make only one set of minor corrections. There may be additional charges if significant copy changes are necessary. Please submitt your corrections in written form, numbered, one line per correction to denvergivingguide@bizjournals.com. You will only receive one revision. We will email your final draft with corrections for your records.
Please use the online file transfer site at filetransfer.amcity.com. Our Digital Specifications and instructions for use of the transfer page are on this site. Dimensions are 10.25 (w) x 14 (h). Please do not send anything other than our acceptable formats so your ad is the highest quality possible. PDF x-1a is preferred. If you have pictures in your ad, please note if they are dark to begin with, they will reproduce even darker in the book.
